Tamara Teplitskaya, Ph.D.
Teplitskaya, Ph.D. in
Physics and a Postdoctoral Diploma in the Environmental Science (Geochemistry of Soils and Landscapes). A high level scientist, an expert in investigation
organic pollutants in the human and man-made environment. For almost 30 years Dr. Teplitskaya was working
State University (MGU) (Russia,
Moscow) as a Senior
Research Scientist (from 1973) and Head of the Research Group of Chemical
Transformers of Biosphere. From 1980 to
1990 Dr. Teplitskaya was also Research Supervisor and Main Executor of some
stages of the International Problem “Global Environmental Monitoring System (GEMS)”.
She has published seven books, over 100
scientific articles, and holds 2 patents; 20 of the articles have been
published in American and International Journals. She also delivered a lot of lectures at over
Dr. Teplitskaya immigrated to the United States
in December 1990. In May 1994 she became a Co-Founder of The Environmental Carcinogens Investigation
Center, Inc. (ECIC, Inc.), a nonprofit,
charitable, scientific, educational, and public-benefit organization.
